  • Upon full payment, Logo Shop LLC grants clients ownership rights to final approved deliverables as outlined in individual project agreements.

  • Logo Shop LLC may retain the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Drafts, preliminary concepts, and unused design files remain the property of Logo Shop LLC.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • All pricing and payment terms are provided at the time of service engagement.

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

  • Due to the creative nature of our work, all sales are final, and refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced, unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.

5. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
